Duties

Perform tire installations, rotations, balancing, and repairs on various types of vehicles. Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tire-related tasks effectively. Conduct thorough inspections of tires to identify wear patterns and recommend appropriate services. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding tire maintenance and repair. Assist in sales by promoting tire products and services to customers. Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and maintain high standards of quality.

Requirements

Proven experience in automotive repair or as a Tire Technician is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Physical capability to perform heavy lifting as required during tire installations. Previous experience in a dealership setting is a plus but not mandatory. A willingness to learn new skills and stay updated on industry trends is essential. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
