Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and have a passion for automotive repair. The Tire Technician will be responsible for performing tire installations, rotations, repairs, and maintenance while providing excellent customer service.

Duties

Install, balance, and rotate tires on various vehicles efficiently and safely. Perform tire repairs using appropriate tools and techniques. Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and offering recommendations based on mechanical knowledge. Assist in sales of tires and related products, contributing to overall dealership performance. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during maintenance and repair processes.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during tire installations and repairs. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with automotive maintenance practices is a plus. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques in the automotive field is essential. Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
