Now Hiring: Experienced Bartender/Barista & Baker

Tiramisu Bistro is growing, and we're looking for talented, experienced individuals to join our team! If you have a strong background in either bartending/barista service or baking, and you're passionate about great food and hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.

BARTENDER / BARISTA

We're looking for someone with solid experience behind the bar or espresso machine -- ideally both. You know how to move fast without compromising quality, you're confident with guests, and you take pride in delivering top-notch drinks and warm service.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender and/or barista Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and/or espresso-based drinks Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Comfortable working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

What you'll do:

Craft consistent, high-quality cocktails and coffee beverages Provide warm, engaging guest service Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station Work closely with the front-of-house team to support smooth service

BAKER

We're also looking for a skilled baker who's confident working independently and can manage morning prep and production. You know your way around a commercial kitchen, have a strong eye for detail, and love bringing fresh, made-from-scratch goods to life.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of baking experience in a commercial or professional kitchen Strong knowledge of pastries, cakes, bread, and scratch prep Excellent time management and ability to follow detailed recipes Knowledge of food safety and kitchen cleanliness standards Ability to work early morning shifts and meet production deadlines

What you'll do:

Bake and prep pastries, desserts, and breads Follow recipes with consistency and accuracy Keep a clean, organized, and well-stocked station Support catering or special orders when needed
