This position reports to the Senior Manager, Human Resources.
What you will do:
Perform time entry transactions for hourly and staff employees.
Enter data in SAP in coordination with the Human Resources Solution Center (HRSC).
Follow up with any exceptions flagged from the time entry.
Maintain up to date knowledge of the Collective Bsargaining Agreement (CBA) and communicate any problems regarding Payroll administration of CBA articles.
Perform administration of various Payroll reporting functions.
What you will bring:
Experience in time entry and Payroll, preferably in a unionized environment.
Relevant post-secondary degree or diploma would be an asset.
Experience in SAP would be an asset.
Competency in Microsoft Office and Oracle software programs used by Nutrien.
Time and priority management, strong organizational abilities.
Demonstrated ability to problem solve and work collaboratively in a team environment.
High level of competence and confidentiality and the ability to handle a number of diverse functions.
