Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and assisting customers, all while maintaining a positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.

Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order taking and payment processing. Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring freshness and quality. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations to adhere to health regulations. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and monitoring product freshness. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours while managing time effectively. Follow all food safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for both staff and customers.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 - 44 per week
