Duties

Prepare and serve food items according to company standards, maintaining quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and payments Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with food safety standards Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining environment Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods Support team members in various restaurant operations as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, sanitation, and basic math skills for cash handling and transactions Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Kitchen experience or restaurant experience is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to handle food safely and adhere to sanitation standards Basic math skills for cashiering and upselling techniques

Pay: $15.00-$20.91 per hour
