Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service and adherence to quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
Lead and train staff in best practices for food handling, cooking techniques, and customer service to enhance their skills and performance.
Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and placing orders as necessary to minimize waste.
Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, motivation, and conflict resolution among staff members.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for both staff and guests.
Engage with guests to gather feedback on their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Experience
Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry is essential.
Familiarity with quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly desirable.
Strong background in food service management, including culinary experience and knowledge of fine dining standards.
Demonstrated ability in staff training and development, with experience in interviewing potential candidates.
Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team management and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
Understanding of food safety practices and regulations to ensure compliance within the kitchen environment.
