Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our food service establishment. This leadership role requires a strong background in restaurant management, food handling, and team supervision. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of food safety, and lead a team to deliver a seamless dining experience. Previous experience in hospitality, kitchen management, or the food industry is essential to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities



Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to meet safety and quality standards. Manage team members through interviewing, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Handle cash transactions accurately using Micros POS systems and oversee cash handling procedures. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in the kitchen and dining areas. Assist with food service duties such as serving customers, food presentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment. Address customer concerns promptly to uphold excellent customer service standards. Lead by example in hospitality, demonstrating leadership skills in both kitchen and front-of-house settings.

Skills



Proven supervising experience within the food service or restaurant industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols. Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS; cash handling skills are essential. Excellent team management abilities including interviewing, training, and motivating staff. Background in restaurant management or hospitality is preferred; hotel or barista experience is a plus. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse situations professionally. Leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Knowledge of food handling regulations and restaurant operations management. Effective communication skills to coordinate between kitchen staff and front-of-house team. This role offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated team within a vibrant hospitality environment while ensuring operational excellence and superior guest experiences. Must be available for all day shift hours including opening shifts (445am) and weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
