Multi-Unit General Manager

who can take performance, profitability, and team development to the next level.

What You'll Do

Oversee operations for multiple Tim Hortons locations ensuring consistent excellence in execution and profitability.

Coach and mentor Store Managers and Assistant Managers to strengthen leadership capability and improve results.

Monitor and analyze key metrics -- sales, labor, food costs, and overall profitability -- to drive growth and control expenses.

Identify opportunities to increase sales through effective execution, operational standards, and guest satisfaction.

Implement systems and processes that maximize productivity and cost efficiency.

Ensure compliance with all brand, food safety, and operational standards.

Recruit new team members and develop existing team members for next level growth.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of leadership experience in quick-service or hospitality management (multi-unit preferred).

Proven ability to grow sales, manage costs, and improve bottom-line performance.

Strong leadership and coaching skills -- you develop others to achieve their best.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (travel between locations required).
