Nous recherchons un gestionnaire dynamique pour superviser les operations quotidiennes de notre etablissement. Le candidat ideal aura de l'experience dans l'industrie alimentaire, possedera de solides competences en leadership et excellera dans le service a la clientele.

Taches:


- Gerer, former et diriger une equipe de membres du personnel pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des operations
- Superviser les activites de cuisine et s'assurer que les normes de qualite des aliments sont respectees

-Tenir l'inventaire et effectuer des commandes aux fournisseurs

- Gerer les transactions en especes et tenir des registres precis
- Utiliser efficacement les systemes de point de vente pour le traitement des commandes
- Mettre en oeuvre et maintenir des normes elevees de proprete et d'organisation
- Fournir un service client exceptionnel et resoudre tout probleme rapidement

Qualifications:


- Experience anterieure dans un role de direction, de preference dans l'industrie alimentaire (2+ ans)
- La maitrise des operations de cuisine et de la preparation des aliments est un plus
- Solides competences en leadership et en gestion d'equipe
- Excellentes capacites de service a la clientele et de communication
- Capacite a gerer les transactions en especes avec precision
- La connaissance des systemes POS est un avantage
- A l'aise avec la technologie de base

- Utilize POS systems effectively for order processing
- Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues promptly

Qualifications


- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food industry (2+ years)
- Proficiency in kitchen operations and food preparation is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous

- Comfortable with basic technology
