We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Laborer to join our construction and renovation team. This role involves hands-on work in various building projects, requiring physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand tools and basic construction tasks, with opportunities to develop skills in tile & natural stone installation. This position offers a chance to work on diverse projects in a dynamic environment, contributing directly to the successful completion of client projects.
Duties
Assist with general construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
Use hand tools for various tasks such as cutting, measuring, and assembling materials
Support flooring installation and tile laying projects with precision and care
Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure quality finishes
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications
Perform maintenance person tasks as needed for minor repairs or adjustments on-site
Requirements
Prior experience with some hand tools is preferred
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements
Reliable work ethic with the ability to follow instructions accurately
Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is advantageous
