Diagnose, repair, and maintain Bitcoin mining hardware (ASICs, PSUs, control boards).
Perform chip-level troubleshooting and failure analysis.
Replace defective components and verify repairs through testing.
Maintain detailed repair logs and improve troubleshooting procedures.
Collaborate with team members to optimize repair workflows and share technical knowledge.
Work independently to manage repair tasks efficiently while meeting quality standards.
Ensure all work adheres to safety and quality standards.
Expertise with current-gen Bitmain and Whatsminer models.
Strong troubleshooting skills down to the component level.
Ability to use oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other diagnostic tools.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of lifting and handling heavy equipment as needed.
