As part of the MLSE Ticketing Department, you will have the unique opportunity to assist with a variety of tasks, programs, and events to ultimately ensure the delivery of championship service for our fans/customers. You will work side by side with experienced and knowledgeable Sports Professionals who have been in the business for 1-10+ years.

MLSE's Internship term dates are from January 5, 2026 - April 24, 2026

Assist in the coordination and execution of best-in-class sales events. Support Sales initiatives during office hours and on game nights. Supporting Sales in the execution of events involving Youth Groups, VIPs, and Corporate Groups at Scotiabank Arena and Coca-Cola Coliseum Execute and support sales team with game day activations at Toronto Marlies games at Coca-Cola Coliseum Assist in game day preparation for Gondola's before Leafs and Raptors games. Research on best practices and innovation for multiple internal projects. Support in updating asset databases, guests, and client gifting orders. Support Sales Team collaborations with other MLSE Departments where necessary. Perform other administrative, sales, or membership functions as required.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution in a sales or business-related program. Able to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines. A self-starter with the ability to work independently, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Available to work game nights on evenings & weekends as required.
