Role Summary

We are seeking a qualified individual for a Ticketing Coordinator position. This detail-oriented position requires excellent organizational skills, professional interaction with management personnel, internal staff, vendors, and clients of all levels. An ability to work efficiently, accurately and effectively under pressure in this very fast paced office and the ability to complete and prioritize tasks in a timely manner is essential.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain ticketing events for Live Nation Canada promoted shows.
  • Communicate regularly and assist internal departments and external event personnel with any ticketing needs and concerns
  • Liaise with Ticketmaster and venue box offices with regards to the structure and pricing of events
  • Send event settlement reports as required to event production management as well as finance department
  • Input and generate ticket count reports as well as maintaining ticket count system
  • Receive and maintain ticket requests and process invoices to completion
  • Distribute any required ticket requests for internal staff, clients and media.
  • Monitor ticketing supplies and equipment as well as report and follow up on any ticketing repair issues
  • Attend all relevant meetings, functions and discussions
  • Perform any administrative duties as required and assigned by the Director of Ticketing
Role Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from an accredited university or comparable work experience
  • Previous experience and knowledge of ticket administration
  • Knowledge of ticketing software specifically the Ticketmaster Host System is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of Box Office or similar operations
  • Exceptional written, oral and electronic communication skills
  • Excellent administrative and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve, follow-up and communicate
  • Must be able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
  • Available to work evenings and weekends as required
  • A positive, winning approach, incorporating integrity, confidentiality and discretion

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

Sitting for extended periods of time at a computer station or work desk; stands and walks throughout the day; occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.; uses hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment for up to 8 hours each day; lifts up to 10 pounds regularly; exposed to typical office environment conditions and noise levels.
