We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our construction and maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing principles, safety protocols, and the ability to work with various tools and schematics. Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with blueprints and schematics Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate installation and repairs Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction tools to complete tasks efficiently Perform heavy lifting as needed for the transportation of materials and equipment Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within specifications Assist with carpentry or HVAC tasks when required to support integrated building systems Follow all safety procedures and regulations during installation and repair work

Skills

Mechanical knowledge with an understanding of plumbing systems and components Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics reading Experience with carpentry, HVAC systems, or construction is a plus Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations or repairs Knowledge of commercial driving is advantageous for transporting materials or equipment between sites Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various environments requiring physical stamina
This position is integral to maintaining functional plumbing systems across multiple settings. Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute their technical expertise to a collaborative team environment. The successful applicant must have a clean driver's abstract.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$49.10 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
