About the Role

We're looking for an energetic, people-oriented

Ticket Sales Representative

to help promote and sell tickets for our upcoming

Montreal Bachata Festival

, a 3-day celebration of Latin music, dance, and culture in the heart of Montreal.

You'll be the first point of contact for festival attendees -- answering questions, processing sales, and helping guests find the perfect pass or package. If you're friendly, organized, and love live events, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities

Promote and sell festival tickets (online, at events, and on-site during the festival) Provide exceptional customer service and accurate event information Track sales and update ticketing spreadsheets or CRM system Manage cash and electronic payments responsibly Assist with guest check-ins and wristband distribution during the festival Support the team Represent the festival brand with enthusiasm and professionalism

Requirements

Excellent communication and customer service skills (bilingual

English/French

preferred) Strong sales or hospitality experience -- ideally in events, festivals, or retail Confident with basic computer tools (Eventbrite) Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment Availability during festival day and night Passion for dance, music, or live entertainment is a big plus!
