ROCKPORT BOAT LINE is currently accepting resumes for the position of TICKET OFFICE AGENT.
Seasonal boat cruises, front line ticket office must be able to process credit card payments and accept cash payment. Sell tickets and direct customers for boarding. Provide information on daily cruises. Daily balancing of cash and credit cards. Must be neat, efficient and organized. Must be reliable and available to work weekends. Customer Service skills are essential. Bilingual is an asset. Must have own transportation - no public transportation available to village of Rockport. The village of Rockport is located on the 1000 Islands Parkway between Gananoque and Brockville.
