is a locally owned and operated company specializing in facility and pipeline construction, oilfield maintenance, and pumpjack services in the Grande Prairie area. We are seeking a

TEMPORARY

Tickets Clerk

to join our team. This has the potential to become permanent. Please note that remote work is not available for this position.

Position Details:

Hourly Wage Range:

$26-$30 per hour

Shift:

Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM, OT as required

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain employee profiles in Aimsio

Set up new jobs in Aimsio/Accounting software

Enter time tickets for shop and billable time.

Send out all tickets for review/approval daily

Submit field tickets into open tickets.

Weekly reporting on outstanding tickets.

Follow up on pending/outstanding tickets

Ensure all time has been entered for payroll

Resolve and correct payroll-related inquiries from employees.

Enter LOA and truck allowance

File shop time/tickets into appropriate folders

Dispatch admin support

Other duties as required

Qualifications:

Experience with Aimsio is mandatory.

AR experience is an asset.

Proven experience as a tickets clerk/field admin.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
