Lead a team of ticket agents to ensure smooth ticketing operations, resolve passenger issues, enforce airline policies, and uphold excellence through training and collaboration across airport operations.

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK AS A TICKET AGENT SUPERVISOR

Oversee daily ticketing operations to ensure high-quality passenger service Monitor and evaluate the performance of ticket agents, providing coaching and feedback Address and resolve escalated passenger ticketing issues and complaints effectively Train and mentor ticketing staff on airline systems, procedures, and service standards Ensure adherence to airline and airport policies, procedures, and operational guidelines Facilitate effective communication between ticket agents and other airport departments Exemplify excellent customer service, professionalism, and safety standards Perform additional duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

18 years of age or older Eligible to work in Canada Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking) Minimum 3 years of experience in ticketing or passenger services, with 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role Knowledge of the Aviation Industry Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means Eligible to pass a background check and obtain and maintain a RAIC (Restricted Area Identity Card) Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
