An introductory class in writing and performing stand-up comedy.
Position Requirements
The successful candidate must possess a MA/MFA and/or possess equivalent professional experience in the field. University teaching and/or professional writing and performance specific to stand-up comedy are preferred.



This position requires an in-depth understanding of how to craft a joke and take it from the page to the stage in the tradition of stand-up comedy. Candidates must have proven professional skills in comedic writing and performance.
Physical Demands Pay Grade Faculty Sessional Salary Range As per URFA Collective Agreement Status Other Work Hours
THTR 203-991 is scheduled on Wednesdays from 1800-2045 - on campus.
