Job Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Thinners to join our team. Silviculture precommercial thinning (PCT) is a forest management practice in young, dense stands where smaller, lower-quality trees are removed ( with thinning/brush saws) to reduce competition, allowing the best "crop" trees to grow larger and faster, This process frees up resources (light, nutrients, water) for remaining trees, leading to bigger diameters and better quality, preparing the stand for future commercial thinning or harvest.

Must have all proper PPE Have reliable transportation Follow instructions Follow all safety procedures Have own Brush saw Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
