Bachelor's degree in physics, chemistry, or microelectronics

Experience:

5 years or more working In Photoelectronic Technology/Semiconductor/Electronic Technology

Job duties:

Carry out analysis of research data and prepare research reports;

Research and development of novel superlattice infrared detectors;

Develop new processes and devices in fields electronics, optics and lasers, as the red mark;

Research and development of novel superlattice infrared focal plane arrays {FPAs) detectors;

Research the cooled long-wave and two-color superlattice infrared detectors;

Development of detector processes;

Analyze the chemical reactions in detector processes;

Analyze the relationship between dark currents and processes;

Detectors packaging and testing.
