About Us:

Flourish is a team of women's health professionals dedicated to supporting women and couples through all stages of life, with a strong focus on fertility and reproductive health. We have partnered with Twig Fertility to offer on-site, integrated wellness care at their clinics.

Our Toronto locations (Midtown & Downtown) are thriving, and we are now expanding to Vancouver to bring our supportive, evidence-based, and collaborative approach to the West Coast.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a

Therapist

--ideally a

Registered Social Worker

--with a special interest in working with individuals and couples navigating the fertility journey, including those undergoing IVF.

Therapy is recommended for all Twig Fertility patients and

mandatory

for those using a known donor egg or sperm. This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with patients in a highly supportive and specialized environment.

Twig Vancouver is scheduled to open in

September 2025

. As this is a brand-new IVF clinic, we are looking for someone who is

ready, willing, and eager to build a thriving therapy practice

from the ground up. The role will include

a combination of remote work and in-office sessions as needed

to meet patient and clinic needs.

What We Offer:

Consistent referrals

from Flourish and Twig Fertility. Therapy is mandatory for all known donor patients at Twig, and these patients are referred exclusively to Flourish for therapy.

Mentorship and guidance

from our Head of Therapy (RSW), who currently supports Twig Midtown & Twig Downtown Toronto patients.

Weekly interdisciplinary team meetings

with our full wellness team--including therapists, naturopathic doctors, registered dieticians, acupuncturists, pelvic health physiotherapists, nurse practitioners, and more--to collaborate on cases and share support. The opportunity to be part of a

About You:

Registered Social Worker (RSW) in good standing. Special interest and/or experience in fertility, reproductive health, grief & loss, or perinatal mental health. Skilled at working with both individuals and couples. Compassionate, collaborative, and committed to evidence-based care. Comfortable working within an interdisciplinary team. Ready and motivated to

grow a practice

in a new clinic environment. Flexible and able to work

both remotely and in-office at Twig Fertility in Vancouver as required

.

Compensation:

This is an

independent contractor

role (fee split).
