You are either a Registered Social Worker (RSW) or Registered Psychotherapist (RP) who is passionate about working within an innovative group practice.

• Access to a team of highly-trained Care Coordinators seven days a week, who are there to provide support for all your intake and administrative needs
• Access to monthly peer supervision groups, one on one supervision and professional development workshops in addition to expert keynote talks, internal committees, clinical and ethical support
• Potential to deliver workshops, keynotes, and multiple speaking opportunities including a speaker training program
• Option to be involved in and compensated for supervising interns as part of our Student Practicum program
• Regular team-building events, committees, and social outings as we pride ourselves on connection
• Access to our company-wide communication channels supports including clinical discussions, connecting with multiple company departments, and opportunity to grow with the company
• Working on a flexible schedule as part of a thriving group practice

• Masters-level degree in Social Work or Psychotherapy; MSW RSW or RP required
• Registered and in good standing with the provincial regulatory body in the province or provinces and territories in which you provide services and the ability to practice independently to deliver psychotherapy services including minimally registered in Ontario or by your first day of work
• Have up-to-date professional liability insurance or commit to having such insurance before your start date
• You are available a minimum of 20 hours per week, working any combination of days and times of the week
• Knowledge of technology including the ability to quickly adapt to changes, learn new platforms and problem-solve when challenges come up
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to provide clear and professional communication to our clients

• Bilingual and possess competence in practicing psychotherapy in these languages, those who speak Farsi, Urdu, French, Italian, and American Sign Language are encouraged to apply
• Registered to practice across multiple provinces and territories
• Experience in working with a technology-based mental health solution or platform
• Experience supporting those with eating disorders, ADHD, body image
• Experience in providing counseling or psychotherapy as part of a hospital, community, or private practice setting
• Evening availability, preferably Monday and Tuesday
