Job Description

We are looking for an SAP NetWeaver Administrator for a 12-month contract position, with possible extensions in Regina, Saskatchewan. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.Position is available as hybrid, remote or on-site location. 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.Role Description
The SAP NetWeaver Administrator is responsible for the configuration and maintenance of SAP NetWeaver components and its integrations. The ideal candidate will play an important role in maintaining system stability, optimizing performance and efficient SAP environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP administration and troubleshooting skills.Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and monitor all SAP environments for availability, capacity, and performance as appropriate to minimize the risk of service disruption.
• Provide support for projects requiring new SAP environments or expertise in management of SAP environments.
• Manage the SAP application change control process.
• Perform SAP system maintenance including patches, Support Packages, and upgrades.

Required Skills and Experience

• Current SAP NetWeaver Certification, of varying levels preferred
• ITIL Certification (Foundation, Service Manager) beneficial
• HANA Database Certification
• Considerable experience configuring and managing SAP Solution Manager
• Significant analytical experience, demonstrating problem solving ability
• Experience managing both ABAP and J2EE stacks in SAP systems
• Basic AIX knowledge
