We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen team. Our ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience and knowledge in the industry, as well as a strong passion for food and hospitality. We operate a farm to table, from scratch kitchen and we believe strongly in that. An ideal candidate will need a strong focus on food safety, organization and cleanliness. You will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, helping with menu creation, and team management while ensuring that our standards of quality and service are consistently met.
