Representant des ventes, Canada- TNF, AMERIQUES
Comment vous ferez la difference
Base au Quebec et relevant du directeur des ventes du Canada, le representant des ventes sera responsable de la gestion des comptes situes sur le marche canadien pour la region Amerique du Nord de TNF. Le Representant des ventes aura pour mission de developper et d'entretenir des relations cles avec les comptes selectionnes, tout en mettant en oeuvre les strategies de mise en marche (Go-to-Market). Cette personne doit posseder une experience averee en vente ainsi que des relations solides avec des comptes situes dans la province de Quebec.
Ce que vous ferez :
Responsable de toutes les activites liees a la vente (ex. : presentations produits, suivi marketing) aupres des comptes selectionnes
Atteindre ou depasser les objectifs de vente qualitatifs et quantitatifs, tant en precommandes qu'en reassorts.
Definir et mettre en oeuvre des strategies de mise en marche multi-saisonnieres sur tous les canaux et categories de produits lies aux comptes selectionnes.
Fournir des commentaires et des previsions precis sur les besoins en produits pour le territoire.
Etablir et entretenir des relations solides avec les acheteurs et les analystes.
Collaborer avec les equipes du siege social chargees du marche et du marketing afin d'elaborer des plans saisonniers qui correspondent aux buts et objectifs de la marque.
Analyser les donnees de ventes pour identifier des opportunites et rester proactif
Soutenir les comptes via la plateforme AMP pour faciliter la soumission des commandes (pre-saison et en cours de saison).
Visiter les magasins et coordonner les flux dans tous les sites.
Fournir des recommandations strategiques a l'equipe de direction, basees sur une analyse approfondie des donnees des comptes selectionnes.
Effectuer des taches et des projets supplementaires, le cas echeant.

Competences pour reussir
Diplome universitaire ou combinaison equivalente de formation et d'experience
5 a 7 ans d'experience averee dans le domaine de la vente
Maitrise de l'anglais et du francais.
Excellentes competences organisationnelles et aptitude au travail en equipe.
Bonne comprehension du merchandising, des tendances et des ventes.
Capacite a identifier et resoudre les problemes et a prendre des decisions strategiques
Aptitude demontree a collaborer avec divers interlocuteurs pour atteindre un objectif commun.
Competences informatiques - Bonne maitrise d'Excel et de la gestion des e-mails.

Sales Representative, Canada - TNF, AMERICAS
How You Will Make a Difference
Based in Quebec and reporting to the Sales Director of Canada, the Sales Representative will manage accounts based in the Canada market for the TNF America's Region. The Sales Rep will be responsible for building and maintaining key relationships with the selected accounts and will execute Go-to-Market strategies. This individual must have proven sales experience and strong relationships with accounts in the province of Quebec.
What you will do:
Responsible for all sales related activities (i.e. product viewings and marketing follow up) associated with the selected accounts.
Meet or exceed qualitative and quantitative sales targets in bookings and repeats with selected accounts
Establish and execute multi-seasonal "Go to Market" strategies in all channels and product categories related to selected accounts.
Provide accurate feedback and forecasts on product needs for territory
Build and maintain relationships with buyers and analysts
Work with Head Office marketplace & marketing teams to build seasonal plans that align to goals and objectives for the brand
Provide analysis on all sell through data to look for opportunities and remain proactive
Support accounts with AMP platform to facilitate order submission (pre-book and in-season)
Store visits and coordinate flow in all locations.
Provide guidance on all aspects of the business to leadership team based on sophisticated analysis of data for selected accounts.
Perform additional duties and projects, as applicable.

Skills for Success
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5-7 years of proven sales experience
Language: English and French
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a team environment

Demonstrated ability to work with a broad range of individuals to work toward a common goal
