Summary
The Miller Group is looking for Accounts Receivable Coordinator for six (6) months contract role with the possibility of extension or permanent full-time. The incumbent will work in a highly functional team environment to ensure that all bank deposits are processed and entered in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with Miller policies and procedures.
As a Accounts Receivable Coordinator, You Will;
- Entering, applying and posting of all cash receipts into JD Edwards system
- Deposits, cash sales and allocation of branch deposits
- Processing cheques, cash and POS transaction requests
- Research and resolve payment application discrepancies with remote branches and the corporate finance team
- Credit department adjustments
- Sort and file cheques and posted batches in appropriate folders
- Other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring ?
- Previous 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Basic understanding of book keeping and AR principles
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of JD Edwards is a definite asset
