ey Responsibilities:



Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality delivery of software products. Define test strategies, plans, methodologies, and quality standards aligned with project goals. Oversee functional, non-functional, integration, regression, UAT, automation, and performance testing activities. Coordinate with project managers, development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and testing needs. Develop and maintain test schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies. Establish and monitor KPIs for testing effectiveness, test coverage, and defect density. Manage test teams by providing guidance, mentoring, training, and performance evaluations. Drive test automation initiatives and select the right tools to increase efficiency. Ensure proper documentation including test cases, test scripts, test reports, and defect logs. Conduct regular status meetings, report testing progress, and highlight risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies. Oversee defect management processes, ensuring timely resolution and tracking of issues. Ensure compliance with QA best practices, industry standards, and testing methodologies. Collaborate with release management teams to plan releases and validate deployment readiness. Continuously improve testing processes, frameworks, and tools to enhance overall product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong expertise in various testing methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, CI/CD. Hands-on experience with test management tools (Jira, Zephyr, TestRail, ALM, qTest). Knowledge of automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, or similar. Understanding of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing basics. Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience in gaming, banking, e-commerce, or enterprise-scale systems is an advantage. Relevant certifications such as

ISTQB Test Manager, CSTE, CSQA, or Agile certifications

are preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
