Individual pay offers are determined by job-related skills and experience demonstrated during the interview process.A Test Engineer works with the Development team to ensure that client products are free from error at each step of development. The Test Engineer develops and runs a variety of testing measures to guarantee software fluidity and successful implementation of user requirements.What you will be doing:

• Lead software testing efforts for new modules and enhancements to 360's industry leading SaaS-based incentive management platform
• Develop and execute functional and regression tests as a part of agile release cycle; contribute to product documentation, including training and support material
• Actively participate in building a high-performing development team, including building test automation, documentation, and identifying opportunities for continued development process improvement
• Build and maintain scalable end-to-end automated test frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript.
• Proactively assess upcoming testing tickets and prepare test scenarios and test data in advance to accelerate turnaround time.
• Communicate promptly with developers to resolve issues as they arise, minimizing delays and maintaining momentum in the development process.
• Participate in refinement meetings to clarify acceptance criteria and address discrepancies, ensuring a smooth and aligned development and testing process.
• Work with Product Management to evaluate the estimated testing effort for each ticket to help prevent bottlenecks and keep the development lifecycle flowing efficiently.
• Support ongoing performance testing efforts using tools like Artillery.io, helping to assess and validate the scalability and reliability of our platform.

What you'll bring to this role:

• A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate testing needs and prepare in advance for smooth, efficient delivery.
• Experience delivering consumer facing enterprise SaaS applications
• Strong communication skills, with the confidence to collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to quickly resolve issues.
• Attention to detail and a thoughtful approach to validating requirements, ensuring that discrepancies are addressed early in the development process.
• Sharp problem-solving abilities and a natural curiosity to explore edge cases and xe2x80x9cbreakxe2x80x9d software to ensure robustness.
• Solid experience with automated testing tools, and an interest in growing performance testing skills with tools like Artillery.io.
• A team-first attitude, with a passion for learning, professional development, and contributing to team success.
• Familiarity with relational databases and proficiency in writing and testing SQL queries for backend validation.
• Experience working in fast-paced, startup environments is a strong asset.
• A background in software development is a plus and contributes to effective test automation and code review.
