Job Description

Successful candidate will serve as Test Data Management specialist. The candidate will work closely with Application teams to implement masking, generation and test data management activities. The individual must have good analytical and technical skills coupled with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

What you will do

• Provide oversight and leadership of the Test Data Management team
• Review existing test data processes, identify areas for efficiencies, and implementation of changes to streamline TDM functions and processes.
• Define, implement, and adopt TDM strategy, technical solutions, processes, and methodologies
• Gather requirements from all key stakeholders
• Work with Data Governance & Risk to profile and mask data
• Develop Self-service capabilities for Gold Copy, Provisioning, Synthetic Generation, and Find & Reserve
• Work closely with data in a variety of databases including Oracle, SQL, NoSQL, SAP, DB2, and mainframe
• Facilitate cloud migration of TDM toolset and other data assets
• Accelerate opportunities for automation and integration with the CI/CD pipeline
• Measure & track KPIs related to test data maturity, environment stability and report to different stakeholders to show progress
• Maintain record of work in JIRA
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a team
• Effective communication skills and self-driver

What you will bring

• CA TDM for Masking, Provisioning, Synthetic Generation, Find & Reserve, and Self-service
• SQL query development and familiarity with SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2
• Automation & Integration tools such as Jenkins, Control-M, and Bamboo
• Critical thinking and analysis
• Detail Oriented implementation

Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience with Mainframe technologies
• Familiarity with Environment Management and Service Virtualization
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence collaboration tools, along with Agile SCRUM experience

Required competencies:

• Bachelor Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum 5+ progressive software testing experience related to Test Data Management
