Title: Test Data Lead - Automation & Banking Domain
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Duration: 6 Months
Join our dynamic team where you will lead test data management in the automation and banking domain. We are looking for a skilled professional to ensure the quality and efficiency of our testing processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Test Data Lead
• Strong knowledge in database concepts, including schemas, SCD logics, stored procedures, and views
• Proficiency in simple to complex SQL analysis
• Extensive experience in testing processes and defect management
• Solid understanding of SDLC, testing concepts, methodologies (waterfall, agile, etc.), and industry testing standards
• Experience with automated testing frameworks
• Strong skills in system analysis, assessment, programming, and troubleshooting of software applications
• Proficient in Client ALM Quality Centre, Confluence, JIRA, and testing tools such as Git or Bitbucket, Maven, Postman, SoapUI or similar tools
• Experience in the banking or financial domain

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in compiling and interpreting reports
• Familiarity with digital tools like Maven Test Automation and Test Data Management (TDM)
• Experience in leading teams and projects

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and manage test data management processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing standards are met
• Analyze and troubleshoot software applications to enhance quality and efficiency
• Compile and interpret testing reports to inform decision-making
