Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Centre Manager to oversee operations at our English language assessment centre. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of testing operations, ensure compliance with international standards, and implement process improvements to enhance the candidate experience.

Duties

Manage day-to-day operations of IELTS, CELPIP, and TOEIC exams in Winnipeg and other locations in Manitoba, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation. Supervise, train, and lead a multicultural team of exam proctors, administrative staff, and examiners. Ensure strict compliance with international testing standards and confidentiality requirements set by Cambridge, IDP Education , Paragon Testing, and ETS. Act as a liaison with international organizations to implement updates and resolve operational issues. Plan and execute operational expansions, including opening new labs, maximizing resources, and scouting new venues for testing. Deliver presentations and provide information sessions for partnerships that require communication in other languages. Manage and maintain the centre's website, including updating content and performing basic web design tasks using Word Press. Continuously seek opportunities to improve operation efficiency and candidate experience.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience managing an English language test centre, including supervisory experience. Extensive understanding of IELTS, CELPIP, and TOEIC exams, procedures, and policies. Proven record of operational growth, innovation, and optimization. Strong leadership, organizational, and process improvement skills. Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to present in a language other than English. Proven WordPress skills and experience with web site design and management.

Pay: $53,000.00-$61,000.00 per year
