Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Engage walk in guests promptly, personally and with the goal of opening the conversation and ensuring they feel welcome \xc2\xb7 Excite, engage and educate prospective customers and current owners through calls, emails or text and outbound events to educate them about Tesla\xe2\x80\x99s product offering and answering questions \xc2\xb7 Help Tesla maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and scheduling and copiloting Test Drives for individuals who exhibit purchase intent or potential \xc2\xb7 Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales and delivery targets by achieving and exceeding individual Sales and KPI targets \xc2\xb7 Effectively present, sell and support the delivery and installation of the entire Tesla eco-system \xc2\xb7 Provide the highest level of customer service throughout the full sales and delivery cycle & installation process, as well as continued support throughout ownership \xc2\xb7 Prepare, stage, and charge customer vehicles in advance of their scheduled delivery appointment \xc2\xb7 Educate new owners by conducting a comprehensive vehicle orientation, tailored to the individual customer\'s needs and comfort level \xc2\xb7 Execute customer documents on delivery day \xc2\xb7 Demonstrate a mastery of all Tesla products and services. Keep up with EV industry trends and local incentives \xc2\xb7 Conduct direct deliveries from Delivery Centers to customer homes \xc2\xb7 Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs Requirements \xc2\xb7 At least 1+ year of customer service and/or sales experience with proven track record to meet or exceed goals \xc2\xb7 Positive, enthusiastic and passionate about the changes in the personal transportation industry \xc2\xb7 Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts \xc2\xb7 Strong sense of team mentality and reliability \xc2\xb7 Great attention to detail with strong organization and communication skills \xc2\xb7 Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools \xc2\xb7 Ability to work evening hours, weekends and holidays in a retail environment \xc2\xb7 Ability to obtain appropriate state licensing, where applicable \xc2\xb7 Must maintain a valid Class 5, G or G2 driver\xe2\x80\x99s license for Canada and an acceptable and safe driving record \xc2\xb7 Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check Compensation
