BNC, Alberta's largest independent chemical solutions provider is looking for a dedicated, career oriented, customer focused individual to fill the role of Territory Service Representative. This role involves regular, and emergency service calls for a wide variety of commercial dishwashing and chemical dispensing systems.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Regular scheduled site visits with customers to ensure proper function of commercial dishwashers and chemical dispensing equipment.
Preform needed repairs and preventative maintenance of equipment.
Inventory and order of chemical product for customers ensuring proper levels are maintained.
Effectively communicate with customers any issues arising during service visit both in person and through written service reports.
Manage territory routes according to established schedule, including number of stops per day/week.
provide effective administration of customer orders, inventory and invoice collection as needed.
Build and maintain a positive customer relationship through timely, effective communications.
Provide special and emergency service in a timely fashion to ensure maximum service and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a positive, professional attitude at all times when dealing with customers and staff.
Prospect for new clients and expand our presence within the hospitality, commercial and industrial sectors.
Education and experience
Accredited high school diploma, trade school or GED.
Preference will be given to those candidates with experience in a mechanical serv roll with related customer support
Related experience in repair and maintenance.
Clean drivers abstract.
