The Territory Salesperson is responsible for all aspects of direct sales and promotion of Allmar products and services to qualified accounts, with a goal to achieve maximum sales profitability and growth within assigned territory/market segment as assigned by Branch Manager.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties
Promote sales to existing clients
Identify and solicit potential clients
Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers
Makes cold-calls and in-person visits to customers
Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts, as applicable
Ensure all contracts have acceptable terms and are sent to H.O for approval, as applicable
Accurately price all sections of a particular project that Allmar is bidding on
Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other work units or departments
Analyze the territory/market's potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization
Supplies management with verbal and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services for specific territory
Consult with contractor or customer after sale to resolve problems and provide ongoing support and service
Participates and attends trade show and industry conferences
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Hardware and overhead door product knowledge and experience required

Sound understanding of the hardware, door and building, and overhead door construction industry sector

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Sales experience required
Experience in door and hardware industry is an asset
Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), AVAware Quoting System and Navision Sales Order Entry System
Valid driver's license required
GENERAL ORGANIZATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
