Territory Sales Representative - Foodservice (Western Ontario)

Western Ontario (Toronto to Windsor)

Reports To:

National Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow our business across Western Ontario. Covering the Toronto-Windsor corridor, this role combines new business development with account management, making it a great fit for a people-oriented sales professional who can build strong customer relationships while actively developing new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with distributors, sub-distributors, and direct delivery accounts by supporting National Sales Manager in the Territory. Prospect and qualify new accounts to build a strong sales pipeline across the territory. Work with food service representatives to build pipeline. () Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships, provide product support, and identify growth opportunities. Support promotions, sampling, and events to drive engagement and awareness. Track and report sales activities through CRM, ensuring accurate pipeline and performance updates. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Attend local tradeshows and networking events to expand the company's presence. Resolve customer inquiries and service issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Skills

2-5 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in foodservice, distribution, or consumer packaged goods (CPG). We're looking for a true people person--someone who values relationships, builds trust easily, and understands that long-term success comes from putting the customer first. Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a travel-heavy territory. () Proficiency with Telephone, CRM tools, AI, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows-based systems. Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within the territory. ()

Working Conditions

Located west of the GTA, with frequent travel across the GTA and Western Ontario territory. Monthly in-office meetings (3 per month). Combination of home office, client visits, and occasional work in plant/manufacturing environments. Some evening/weekend travel required for tradeshows and industry events.

$55,000 to $60,000 plus potential bonus
