representante au developpement des affaires et aux ventes territoriales

Responsabilites Principales



Identifier et exploiter de facon proactive de nouvelles opportunites de vente sur tous les canaux du secteur afin d'atteindre et de depasser les objectifs de vente. Developper des clients potentiels sur le territoire afin de generer des opportunites de vente. Developper et entretenir des relations solides avec la clientele existante. Collaborer avec l'equipe des ventes et du marketing pour elaborer et mettre en oeuvre des strategies de vente et des campagnes promotionnelles efficaces. Etablir et collaborer sur les budgets et les previsions de ventes avec le vice-president des ventes. Ameliorer continuellement la connaissance des produits afin de repondre efficacement aux demandes et aux preoccupations des clients. Se tenir au courant des tendances du secteur et des evolutions du marche, et partager les informations sur la concurrence. Offrir de la formation sur nos produits aux conseillers a la vente. Participer aux reunions et aux evenements commerciaux, selon les besoins. Rediger un rapport hebdomadaire d'activites.

Qualifications



Experience prealable en vente; connaissance du secteur du matelas un atout. Capacite a travailler de facon autonome et en equipe. Excellentes competences en qualification, en negociation et en conclusion de contrats. Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles. Experience averee en matiere d'atteinte ou de depassement des objectifs de vente. Esprit de vente et motivation. Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Permis de conduire valide et vehicule fiable requis. Diplome d'etudes secondaires exige; baccalaureat (ou equivalent) un atout.

Springwall Sleep Products Inc. is one of the largest manufacturers of premium sleep products in Canada. Our reputation for quality, service and innovation is based on vision, performance and most importantly the talents and efforts of our dedicated professionals. We currently have an opening for a Business Development & Territory Salesperson.

Key Responsibilities:



Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in all channels of the mattress industry to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Develop prospective leads within the territory to drive sales opportunities through cold-calling, lead generation campaigns.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customer base.

Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

Provide and collaborate on budgets, sales forecasts with VP Sales

Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.

Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and share competitive intelligence.

Provide product knowledge training for RSA's.

Attend meetings, sales events as required. Complete weekly activity report.

Qualifications:



Previous experience in B2B sales, mattress industry knowledge beneficial.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent qualifying, negotiation and closing skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Hunter sales mentality - goal driven and self-motivated.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation.

High School Diploma, bachelor's degree preferred.
