We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships within your assigned territory. You will leverage your expertise in outside sales, account management, and business development to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, technology sales, and CRM software, with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
Duties
Develop and execute strategic territory management plans to achieve sales targets.
Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, product demos, and direct sales presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service.
Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits to effectively upsell solutions.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products and expand network.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales with a focus on B2B environments; experience in technology or retail sales is a plus.
Strong management skills with the ability to lead initiatives within the territory.
Proficient in using CRM software for account management and reporting purposes.
Excellent negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach to selling.
Ability to generate leads through various channels including cold calling and networking.
Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients at all levels.
A passion for technology sales with the ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations.
