On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

Our client is a billion-dollar health tech company and is considered a pandemic darling. They had consistent record-breaking years and grew revenue by
35% last quarter and is well poised to generate multi-fold returns in the upcoming decade. Recently announced launched an AI investment program that aims to integrate the next generation of ai-driven technologies into their existing suite.

About the Role: Territory Sales Representative (Health-tech)

  • Working out of a home office, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales plan to drive new business within existing accounts
  • Inherit a book of existing accounts and look to upsell and introduce additional SaaS solutions to increase annual spend
  • Regularly conduct in-person meetings and sales presentations - this is a field sales role that will require you to sell in person
  • 80% of sales focus will be on growing revenue within existing accounts by introducing new solutions and products
  • 20% of sales focus will be on targeting net new accounts
  • Calling on physicians, public health units, and healthcare clinics
  • Territory: BC
Compensation
  • Strong Base Salary + uncapped commission paid out monthly
  • Total income $130K+ year 1
  • Monthly vehicle allowance + mileage and travel reimbursement

  • Tech stack and all tools required to work effectively from a home office and in the field
Requirements for consideration:
  • Demonstrated track record in a B2B field sales role
  • Thrive in a business development environment and motivated by uncapped commission potential
  • Solution-based sales approach
  • Strong sales pedigree and previous sales training in a structured sales environment
  • MUST have a vehicle and valid driver\'s license and reside in the greater Vancouver area
