Progressive Westman is Brandon's locally owned leader in cleaning and sanitation solutions. From mat and uniform rentals to sanitation supplies and commercial cleaning equipment, we help businesses maintain clean, safe, and professional facilities. We're growing and need an energetic Territory Sales Representative who's eager to get out there, make an impact, and help drive our next chapter of growth.

What You'll Do



As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll be on the front line of growth for Progressive Westman:

Prospect & Hunt:

Generate new business through cold calls, cold emails, in-person visits, networking, and following up on leads.

Upsell & Expand:

Strengthen relationships with existing customers by upselling rental programs (mats, mops, uniforms, dispensers) and sanitation supplies.

Equipment Demos:

Showcase and demonstrate our professional cleaning equipment to help businesses find the right solutions.

Set & Hit Quotas:

Consistently meet weekly activity targets (calls, emails, visits) and monthly sales quotas.

Own Your Territory:

Manage your pipeline, schedule visits, and stay accountable using our CRM.

Represent Our Brand:

Be the face of Progressive Westman at customer sites, industry events, and community functions.

Collaboration & Reporting



This position reports directly to the Sales Director, who will provide mentorship and guidance. You'll also work closely with the Marketing Director to align outreach efforts with campaigns and new opportunities. Together, you'll have the support and tools needed to grow your territory and exceed sales goals.

What We're Looking For



Eager, competitive, and motivated to make an impact. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable with cold calling, cold emailing, and knocking on doors. Organized, accountable, and driven to hit targets. Sales experience is an asset, but not required -- we'll train the right person. Valid driver's license. A company vehicle will be provided for the right candidate.
