Our client is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join their growing team and help expand their footprint across Alberta. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, enjoys the thrill of new business development, and is passionate about sustainability. As a key member of the Sales Team, you'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle-from prospecting to closing-and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.

Description

  • Drive growth in the Alberta region with a focus on 70% new business development and 30% account management
  • Conduct outbound calls, in-person visits, and build strong client relationships
  • Educate customers on sustainable textile solutions and value-based offerings
  • Manage the entire sales cycle and close deals confidently
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools
  • Stay informed on market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and purpose
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Business or a related field
  • 1-3 years of B2B outside sales experience
  • Proven ability to close sales in competitive markets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage your own schedule
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Alberta
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
