What You'll Do



As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for managing customer accounts across the On-Premise, Grocery, Convenience and LCO (agency) channels in London and Southwest Ontario. Your role will focus on building relationships, delivering results, and driving growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

*This is is a 1-year contract position from April/May 2025 - April/May 2026.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Growth:

Achieve territory sales volume, revenue, and category growth targets. Develop and execute account plans and strategies to increase product reach and visibility.

Customer Account Management:

Build and maintain relationships with customers in the target channels. Hold regular business reviews with key accounts to discuss product performance and refine strategies. Advise on product selection, promotions, and sales opportunities to support customers' success.

Execution and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze territory performance, modifying strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain up-to-date customer and sales information in CRM software. Provide local market intelligence to the sales management team.

Merchandising:

Ensure high standards for product merchandising and visibility. Influence space allotments and product placement based on performance data.

Problem Solving:

Address and resolve customer concerns, preparing reports and recommendations as needed.

What We're Looking For



Must-Have Qualifications:

At least 2 years of sales experience in a consumer-packaged goods environment (alcoholic beverage experience is an asset). Proven ability to develop and execute sales plans. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build relationships. Familiarity with the London + Southwest Ontario market.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in a related field. Smart Serve certification (or willingness to complete). Experience using Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.

A self-starter who takes initiative to identify and act on opportunities. Team player with a collaborative mindset and a can-do attitude. Passionate about the beverage alcohol industry and eager to grow within the role.

What to Expect



A mix of office work, travel, and attending events in your territory. Non-traditional working hours, including some evenings and weekends. The ability to lift up to 25kg.
