We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Territory Janitorial Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in driving efficiency within our sales processes and ensuring that our company sales has the tools and support necessary to succeed. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Sales, especially in commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance. You will be responsible for overseeing sales, site inspections, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with various departments to enhance overall performance. Candidates with experience in Sales in the Commercial Cleaning Industry will be given priority. This job is Salary plus commission. Commission to be discussed during interview.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the company.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the operations department to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
Manage the maintenance of sales tools and systems, experience in Salesforce is mandatory.
Provide training and support to the sales team across the country on Sales processes and tools.
Coordinate with clients for regular cleaning inspections and maintaining good relationship with the cleaning crew.
Coordinate with external vendors for commercial cleaning services as needed.
Prepare weekly sales reports on sales performance metrics for the Head of Operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Sales or a related field is preferred.
Mandatory Sales experience in the cleaning industry or any service industry.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Highly proficient in using Salesforce and other sales management tools.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
