MacMor Industries Ltd. is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Territory Sales Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who excels at building strong, lasting client relationships and identifying new business opportunities within a defined territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of existing customers while actively pursuing new accounts. Your ability to understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and stay informed on industry trends will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Soliciting and fulfilling orders from established customers in their territory by visiting them on site at their business as well as touch points by phone.
Cold calling to attain and secure new customers.
Showing samples or catalogue illustrations of products to prospective buyers and explaining their merits.
Quoting prices and reviewing credit/discount terms for customers.
Providing recommendations and educating customers on product offerings related to their business.
Working with the Inside Sales Team (Order Desk) to fulfill customer purchase orders and offering recommendations for substitutions if requested products are not available.
Resolving customer concerns and returned goods processing.
Maintaining awareness of the latest market conditions, product innovations, and price changes.
Arranging delivery schedules and delivering items sold (where applicable).
Submitting reports (i.e. Weekly Call Reports, Customer Reports) in a timely manner.
Working with Purchasing for initiated sales to obtain goods or substitutions as required.
Assisting in conducting inventory counts as assigned.
May be required to perform other job-related activities as assigned.

Valid Driver's License and use of own vehicle is required (mileage reimbursement provided)
Preferred Education & Experience:
2+ years of proven success and work experience in an Outside Sales environment preferred.
Intermediate computer knowledge (Windows operating systems, Microsoft, email, internet, etc).
Written and verbal communication, math, reading, and spelling skills.
