Duties
Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
Conduct outside sales activities, including prospecting new clients and managing existing accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on client feedback.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the market.
Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self motivated and results driven
Excellent business development skills, including the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
Proficient in negotiation techniques and able to close deals effectively.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in account management with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
