Summary

We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Maritime Fastening Systems Inc. This role is crucial in driving sales growth by building relationships with clients and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch fastening solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities. Conduct regular visits to customer sites to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products. Prepare sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of our products.

This position demands driving to other provinces. PEI, and NS.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the construction or industrial sector. Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship building. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. Demonstrated ability in account management and business development strategies. Bilingual in English and French is a plus.
