Our client in Mississauga Ontario who is a large industrial equipment manufacturer is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join their team!
This position features:
Base Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 + Commissions
OTE: 1st year: $100,000 | 2nd year: $160,000 | 3rd year: over $200,000
Benefits: 90-day medical dental and vision (80/20)
Vacation: 2 weeks increase after 5 years
Sick days: 3
Perks:
-Car allowance: $1000 per month
-Mileage reimbursement
-Phone: $50 per month | Internet: $50 per month
-Office expenses reimbursement
-Laptop provided if they don't have their own
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday
Employment Type: Full time permanent
KPIs/ Average Day:
-50-60 calls/touches a day (at least 200 touches a week)
-5-6 new accounts each month
-2 days in office: planning, booking meetings, making calls
-3-4 days on the road visiting clients
Requirements:
-Min. 2 years of Industrial sales experience from industrial or manufacturing is a must
-Professional and organized
-A true hunter
-Software: MS Office 365, Excel, Outlook, Word, ERP experience
