Outside Sales Representative - GTA West (Commercial Cleaning & Facility Services). Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 base + uncapped commission + car allowance.

The Opportunity:

We're on the hunt for an Outside Sales Representative who thrives on driving new business in the GTA West market. What You'll Do:

Hunt for new opportunities - prospecting, cold calling, and building your pipeline. Meet clients face-to-face, tour sites, and uncover their needs. Present proposals to key decision makers. Deliver customized proposals that solve real business challenges. Stay on top of your deals using CRM tools and pipeline reporting. Partner with a supportive sales team and leverage our in-house admin/proposal support.

What You Bring:

2+ years of proven B2B sales experience (service industry a plus). Strong knowledge of the GTA/Downtown Toronto business landscape. A valid driver's license + vehicle (car allowance provided). Entrepreneurial spirit - self-motivated, driven, and results-focused. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
