Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) has an exciting opportunity for a
Territory Sales Manager (TSM)
supporting our
Spray Foam
product line in the Alberta market. This role is responsible for achieving sales growth and EBITDA goals within the assigned territory, leading strategic sales activities, and managing a team of Technical Sales Representatives. The TSM will cultivate new business, deepen customer relationships, support specifications and product delivery, and ensure alignment with CWT's commercial and operational initiatives across the Spray Foam business.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Territory Leadership & Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive
territory sales plan
that drives continuous profitable growth.
Lead strategic initiatives for the Spray Foam business, including product launches, market segmentation, and regional priorities.
Support company-wide initiatives including
new product development
, marketing programs, and Carlisle Operating Systems (COS) activities.
Sales & Customer Engagement:
Manage and grow key territory accounts while actively pursuing new opportunities.
Build credibility with customers by supporting sales representatives in product demonstrations and presentations.
Deliver technical and sales support to ensure proper specification, installation, and delivery of Spray Foam systems.
Assist with the development and support of national accounts located within the territory.
Team Management:
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Technical Sales Representatives, ensuring alignment with goals and initiatives.
Support TSRs in day-to-day customer engagement and problem resolution.
Market & Business Insights:
Provide ongoing communication regarding territory sales activity and market conditions.
Represent CWT in industry associations, events, and professional organizations.
Act in accordance with company policies, ensuring best practices across all activities.
Additional Responsibilities:
Maintain alignment with safety, quality, and compliance expectations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Strong building technology and construction background, with
minimum five years
of relevant industry experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and web-based CRM systems.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within the territory.
Experience or accreditation in associated technical disciplines is an asset.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline/experience.
Minimum of
5 years in sales management
, preferably within construction products or Spray Foam industry.
Experience managing both small and large accounts.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; SAP and AutoCAD experience preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
Home-based / remote position within Alberta.
Standard business hours Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility based on travel needs.
Business-casual work environment.
Personal Protective Equipment:
PPE may be required when visiting job sites, customer facilities, or manufacturing locations.
